Farnell offers a broad range of IC sockets designed to securely hold integrated circuits while providing reliable electrical connections and easy replacement. These sockets prevent direct soldering of ICs, protecting sensitive components from heat damage.

IC sockets are precision-moulded connectors that hold integrated circuits securely while maintaining electrical continuity with the PCB. They support various IC packages including DIP, SIP, PGA and BGA, offering flexibility in testing and prototyping applications.
