The MAX6861UK29+T is a nanopower microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuit with manual reset input in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuit combines voltage monitoring and manual reset input functions. The device asserts a reset signal whenever the monitored voltage drops below factory trimmed reset threshold voltage or manual reset is asserted. The reset output remains asserted for a minimum timeout period after VCC rises above the reset threshold and manual reset is deasserted. Typical applications include portable/battery powered equipment, PDAs/cell phones, MP3 players/pagers, glucose monitors/patient monitors.
- Supply voltage range from 1.2V to 5.5V at TA = -40°C to +85°C and 1.1V to 5.5V at TA ≥ 0°C
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Active-low, push-pull reset output
- Ultra-low supply current of 170nA at VCC = 1.8V, VCC to reset delay of 40µs
- Immune to short VCC transients
- Reset valid to VCC = +1.1V
- No external components are required
- Threshold voltage of 2.925V
- Pin selectable reset delay period of 10ms or 150ms (min)
- Pin compatible to the TPS3836 device
- Glucose Monitors/Patient Monitors; MP3 Players/Pagers; PDAs and Cell Phones; Portable Battery-Powered Equipment
