Fahrzeugbau
Fahrerassistenzsysteme (FAS)
Fahrerassistenzsysteme (FAS) unterstützen den Fahrer mit Informationen und Hinweisen und greifen in einigen Situationen sogar aktiv in das Geschehen ein, um eine effiziente und sichere Fahrweise zu ermöglichen. Zu diesen Systemen gehören unter anderem Parksensoren, Rückfahrkameras, Spurhalteassistenten und Motorüberwachungssysteme. Sie alle sind mit Reglern, Sensoren, Displays und weiteren Funktionen für die Informationsweitergabe an den Fahrer ausgestattet.
Untenstehend finden Sie eine zum Diagramm gehörende Auflistung der Produkte:
 | Kleinere DC-Motoren mit einer niedrigeren Spannung werden häufig für die Steuerung von Zeigern und Scheibenwischern eingesetzt. |  | DAU DAUs ermöglichen es der MCU, analoge Ausgangssignale von z. B. Lautsprechern oder Summern noch präziser anzusteuern. |
 | Schrittmotoren werden für kontrolliertere, aber langsamere Anzeigeregler eingesetzt. |  | LED-Treiber Mithilfe von LED-Treibern kann die MCU Hochleistungs-LEDs wie Scheinwerfer oder superhelle LEDs steuern. |
 | Optische Positionssensoren dienen zur Positions-/Geschwindigkeitsnachverfolgung sämtlicher DC-Motoren. |  | Displays Über Displays erhält der Fahrer alle notwendigen Systeminformationen. Heutzutage gibt es in Fahrzeugen oftmals sogar mehr als nur ein Display. |
 | Mit Kameras sind Rückfahrkameras oder Seitenkameras gemeint. In besser ausgestatteten Fahrzeugen werden sie zudem vom Spurhalteassistenten verwendet. |  | Lautsprecher geben die Signale von den Entfernungsmessern wieder und sind Bestandteil des Infotainmentsystems. |
 | Mittlerweile ist fast jedes Fahrzeug mit Entfernungssensoren ausgestattet, die den Fahrer beim Parken unterstützen. |  | LEDs LEDs dienen je nach Leistung sowohl als Anzeigeleuchten als auch als Teil des gesamten Beleuchtungssystems. |
 | ADU Mithilfe von ADUs kann die MCU analoge Eingangssignale, wie z. B. von optischen Sensoren, lesen. |  | MCU Die MCU übernimmt die zentrale Steuerung des gesamten Systems. Sie ist für sämtliche Prozesse und Steuerungsmaßnahmen zuständig. |
 | Motortreiber Motortreiber ermöglichen die präzise Steuerung von Motoren, die mit einem Spannungs- oder Stromwert betrieben werden, der die Obergrenze der MCU übersteigt. |  | RTC RTCs sorgen für eine präzise Abstimmung und stellen so sicher, dass alle Systeme innerhalb eines Fahrzeugs synchron laufen. |
 | Leistungsverstärker steigern das von der MCU ausgehende Spannungs- oder Stromniveau, damit sie Geräte mit einer hohen Ausgangsleistung ansteuern kann. |  | Flash Flash-Speicher dienen zur Speicherung sämtlicher dauerhaften Daten – von Programmierungscodes über die Einstellungen bis hin zu Benutzervorgaben. |
 | MOSFETS MOSFETs dienen zur Leistungsverstärkung, jedoch in einem geringeren Maße als tatsächliche Leistungsverstärker. |  | RAM RAM-Speicher sind volatile Speicher, auf denen temporäre Daten abgelegt werden können, während die MCU in Betrieb ist. |
 | Display-Treiber Display-Treiber sind erforderlich, um der MCU den Zugriff auf Display-Anzeigen zu ermöglichen. Sie dienen quasi als eine Art Dekodierer und Encoder zwischen der MCU und dem Fahrzeugdisplay. |
