The LM536013QDSXTQ1 is a 1A, 36V synchronous, 2.1MHz, automotive step down DC to DC converter in 10 pin WSON package. The LM53601-Q1 synchronous buck regulator devices are optimized for automotive applications providing an output voltage of 3V. Load current up to 1000mA is supported by the LM53601-Q1. Innovative architecture allows the device to regulate a 3.3V output from an input voltage of only 3.8V. The input voltage range up to 36V with transient tolerance of up to 42V eases input surge protection design. An open drain reset output with filtering and delayed release provides a true indication of system status and negates the requirement for an additional supervisory component, saving cost and board space. A seamless transition between PWM and PFM modes ensures high efficiency and superior transient response at all loads. Typical applications include automotive camera, automotive driver assistance systems and automotive body applications.
