TSV772IQ2T is a dual 20MHz-bandwidth, low offset, low-rail unity gain-stable amplifier. The rail-to-rail input stage makes the device ideal for low-side current measurement. The excellent accuracy provided by maximum input voltage of 200µV allows amplifying accurately small-amplitude input signal. It operates from a 2V to 5.5V single supply and are fully characterized for an output capacitor of 47pF, therefore allowing easy usage as A/D converters input buffer. It is used in applications such as high bandwidth low-side and high-side current sensing, photodiode amplifiers, A/D converters input buffers, power management in solar powered systems, automotive high bandwidth signal conditioning, active filters.

- Input bias current is 10pA typical at (-40°C ≤ T ≤ 85°C), input common-mode range includes low rail
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 90dB typ at (VCC- -0.1V ≤ Vicm ≤ VCC+ -1.8V, -40°C ≤ T ≤ 125°C)
- Supply current per channel is 1.9mA typical at (T = 25°C), rail-to-rail input and output
- Slew rate is 13V/µs typical at (AV = 1V/V, 10% to 90%), 4kV HBM ESD tolerance
- Settling time is 300ns typical at (RL = 4.7Kohm, AV = -1V/V, to 0.1%, Vin = 1Vp-p)
- Input noise voltage is 7µVpp typical at (0.1Hz ≤ f ≤ 10Hz)
- Cross talk is 129dB typical at (VOUT = 4Vpp, AV = +101, f = 1KHz)
- Signal conditioning for high frequencies, operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
