LM4051BEM3-1.2+T

The LM4051BEM3-1.2+T is a 50ppm/°C precision, two terminal, micropower shunt voltage reference in 3 pin SOT-23 package. This voltage reference is ideal for space critical applications. The laser trimmed resistors ensure excellent initial accuracy. The LM4051BEM3-1.2+T has a 60µA to 15mA shunt current capability with low dynamic impedance ensuring stable reverse breakdown voltage accuracy over a wide range of operating temperatures and currents. This shunt voltage reference does not require an external stabilizing capacitor while ensuring stability with any capacitive loads.

• Output voltage is 1.225V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
• No output capacitors required
• Tolerates capacitive loads
