The DG202CSE+T is a quad SPST CMOS analogue switch in 16 pin NSOIC package. This normally open analogue switch will not latch up if power supplies are disconnected and input signals are still connected. The DG202 is similar to DG201 except for inverted control inputs. The device has break before make switching, as well as essentially constant on-resistance over the analogue signal range. It conducts current in either direction and adds no offset to the output signal. The DG202CSE+T has a maximum turn-off time of 450ns and maximum turn-on time of 600ns. The device consumes significantly low power by making it better suited for many applications. It is used in analogue multiplexers, programmable gain amplifiers, automatic test equipments, communications systems, PBX system, PABX system and sample/hold circuits.

- Maximum drain to source on-resistance of 200 ohm at TA = +25°C
- Channel to channel crosstalk of 90dB (VS = 2V, f = 100KHz)
- Third logic power supply (VL) is not required
- Charge injection of 20pC (CL = 1000pF) and off isolation of 70dB (VIN = 5V, ZL = 75ohm)
- Drain off leakage current of 0.01nA at VIN = 0.8V & drain on-leakage current of 0.1nA at VIN = 2.4V
- Positive supply current of 0.02mA and negative supply current of -0.01mA
