BTS3028SDRATMA1 is a HITFET smart low-side power switch. This single-channel low-side MOSFET power switch in the PG-TO252-3-11 package provides embedded protective functions. This device is monolithically integrated with an N channel vertical power FET and embedded protection functions. It is automotive qualified and can be used in 12V and 24V automotive and industrial applications. This device is able to switch all kinds of resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads, limited by EAS and maximum current capabilities. It offers ESD protection on the IN Pin which refers to the source pin (ground). The overtemperature protection prevents the device from overheating due to overload and/or bad cooling conditions. It is also used in applications such as designed for inductive and lamp loads in automotive and industrial applications, 12V and 24V applications, and all types of resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads, and replaces discrete circuits.

- Turn-on time is 50μs typ at (Vbb = 13.5V, RL = 4.7 ohm, TJ = -40°C to 85°C)
- Input threshold voltage is 1.4V typ at (VD = VIN; ID = 1.2mA)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +150°C, TO252-3 package
