1ED3140MU12FXUMA1 is a gate driver IC. It is a galvanically isolated single-channel gate driver IC for IGBT, MOSFET, and SiC MOSFET. It provides a typical output current of up to 6.5A. The input logic pins operate on a wide input voltage range from 3V to 6.5V using CMOS threshold levels to support 3.3 V microcontrollers. Data transfer across the isolation barrier is realized by the coreless transformer technology. All variants have input and output under voltage lockout (UVLO) and active shutdown. It is used in applications such as EV charging, energy storage systems, solar inverters, server, and telecom switched mode power supplies (SMPS), UPS systems, AC and brushless DC motor drives, commercial air-conditioning (CAC), high voltage DC-DC converter and DC-AC inverter.

- UL 1577 certification VISO = 3.0kV (rms) for 1min, up to 6.5A typical peak output current
- Input to output propagation delay ON is 45ns typical at (VVCC2 - VVEE2 = 15V)
- Input to output, part to part skew is 7ns maximum at (CL = 100pF)
- Quiescent current input side is 1.1mA maximum at (IN+ = low, IN- = low)
- High level output peak current is 6A typical at (VVCC2 - VVEE2 = 15V, IN+ = high)
- Ambient temperature range from -40°C to 125°C, DSO-8 package
