C8051F021-GQ

The C8051F021-GQ is a highly integrated mixed-signal high-speed pipelined 8-bit ISP Flash Microcontroller featuring 8051-compatible CIP-51 core, 64kB of in-system programmable flash memory, 4352 (4096 + 256) byte of on-chip RAM, two separate high speed ADC sub-systems (either 10/12-bit, 100ksps and 8-bit, 500ksps). These devices also include two separate 12-bit DACs. With on-chip VDD monitor, watchdog timer and clock oscillator, the device is truly stand-alone system-on-a-chip solutions. All analog and digital peripherals are enabled/disabled and configured by user firmware. The flash memory can be reprogrammed even in-circuit, providing non-volatile data storage and also allowing field upgrades of the 8051 firmware.
