Product Overview
The BU9796AMUV-E2 is a standard LCD segment driver in 24 pin VQFN package. The BU9796AMUV-E2 is 1/4 duty standard LCD driver can drive upto 48 segments. It does not require any external components and has a low power consumption design. Typical applications include telephone, FAX, portable equipment (POS, ECR, PDA), DSC, DVC, car audio, home electrical appliance and meter equipment.
- Supply voltage range from 2.5V to +5.5V
- Selectable bias of 1/2 or 1/3
- LCD drive output of 4 common output, maximum 12 segment output
- 2 wire serial interface
- Integrated buffer AMP for LCD driving
- Integrated oscillator circuit
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
