The BD9E100FJ-LBGE2 from ROHM is a 1an integrated MOSFET single synchronous buck DC/DC converter in 8 pin SOIC package. This is a synchronous buck switching regulator with built-in power MOSFETs capable of an output current of up to 1A and it has a high oscillation frequency of 1MHz while using small inductance value. It is a current mode control DC/DC converter and features high-speed transient response. Phase compensation can also be set easily. It features over-current protection, short circuit protection, thermal shutdown protection and undervoltage lockout protection.
