Product Overview
NCP59801CMLADJTCG is a 1A the next generation of high PSRR, low noise, and low dropout regulator with power good open collector output. Designed to meet the requirements of RF and sensitive analogue circuits, this device provides low noise, high PSRR, and low quiescent current while offering the ability to regulate output voltages down to 0.6V. The device also offers excellent load/line transients. It is designed to work with a 4.7µF input and output ceramic capacitor. Typical application includes communication system, in-vehicle networking, telematics, infotainments and clusters, and general-purpose automotive.
- ±0.7% initial accuracy at 25°C
- ±1% accuracy over load and temperature
- Typical shutdown current is 0.1µA (VEN ≤ 0.4V, TJ ≤ 125°C)
- Typical very low dropout is 120mV at 1A for 3.3V variant
- Low noise is 10VRMS (fixed version)
- Stable with a 4.7µF small case size ceramic capacitors
- Controlled output voltage slew rate from 5mV/µs
- Typical dropout voltage is 211mV (VOUT(NOM) = 1.5V, IOUT = 1A, −40°C ≤ TJ ≤ 125°C)
