- Meter can either monitor two analogue inputs or an analogue input and a pulse input
- Programmable scaling on both channels
- Auto/manual scanning of channels
- Works as totalizer and batch counter
- Programmable time base for rate
- Shows channel differentials (C1-C2, C2-C1)
- Displays frequency in 0.01Hz resolution, 3 programmable alphas for engineering units
