Product Overview
The Multicomp MC002977 is a thermally conductive two-part epoxy adhesive with a long working life. This product is used to bond heatsinks, LEDs and other heat-generating components within electronic assemblies. It is dark grey, smooth, thixotropic and bonds well to a variety of substances. It is suitable for use with dual-syringes, mix-tips and automatic dispensing systems.

- Thermal conductivity of 1.2W /(mK)
- 80mins cure time at 80°C (176°F)
- Provides strong electrical insulation
