Product Overview
MCP6004T-I/SL is a quad channel operational amplifier (op-amp) specifically designed for general-purpose applications. It features a 1MHz gain bandwidth product (GBWP) and a typical 90° phase margin. Even with a 500pF capacitive load, it maintains a typical 45° phase margin. Operating from a single-supply voltage as low as 1.8V, it draws only 100µA of typical quiescent current. Additionally, this device supports rail-to-rail input and output swing, with a common-mode input voltage range of VDD +300mV to VSS -300mV. The op-amp is crafted with Microchip’s advanced CMOS process. Applications for the MCP6004T-I/SL include automotive systems, portable equipment, photodiode amplifiers, analogue filters, notebooks, PDAs, and battery-powered systems.
- Gain bandwidth product is 1MHz typical at (TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.8 to 5.5V)
- Rail-to-rail input/output, supply voltage range from 1.8V to 6.0V
- Supply current is 100µA typical at (IO = 0, VDD = 5.5V, VCM = 5V)
- DC open-loop gain (large signal) is 112dB typical at (VOUT = 0.3V to VDD – 0.3V, VCM = VSS)
- Input offset voltage is +4.5mV maximum at (TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.8V to +5.5V)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 86dB typical at (TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.8V to +5.5V)
- Input offset current is ±1.0pA typical at (TA = +25°C, VDD = +1.8V to +5.5V)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 76dB typical at (VCM = -0.3V to 5.3V, VDD = 5V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
- 14-lead plastic SOIC package
