Product Overview
The ATTINY841-SSU is a high performance, picoPower CMOS 8bit microcontroller based on AVR enhanced RISC architecture in 14 pin SOIC package. This device achieves throughputs approaching 1MIPS per MHz by executing powerful instructions in a single clock cycle. This allows system designer to optimize power consumption versus processing speed. The device has one 8bit timer/counter with two PWM channels, two 16bit timer/counters with two PWM channels and two on-chip analogue comparators.
- 8KB of in-system programmable flash
- 512bytes of SRAM data memory and 512bytes of EEPROM data memory
- 12 general purpose I/O lines
- 32 general purpose working registers
- One 10bit ADC with 5 internal and 12 external channels
- One ultralow power, programmable watchdog timer with internal oscillator
- I2C, SPI and two USART interfaces
- Supply voltage range from 1.7V to 5.5V
- Up to 16MIPS throughput at 16MHz
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
