Product Overview
The UMFT601A-B from FTDI is a FT601 evaluation/development module incorporates HSMC connector for interfacing FTDI's FT601 USB 3.0 Superspeed IC with external hardware. It allows for bridging a FIFO bus to a USB3.0 host and evaluating the functionality of the FT601.
- 32bit FIFO bus, HSMC connector with B version chip
- Support for USB3.0 super speed (5Gbps), USB high speed (480Mbps), USB 2.0 full speed (12Mbps)
- 4 IN channels and 4 OUT channels on FIFO bus connectivity
- Vendor class USB device with D3xx driver support on the UMFT601A for generic high speed applications
- Supports multi voltage I/O 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V
- HSMC connector is compatible with most Altera FPGA reference design boards
- Multi powered options such as external DC powered, BUS powered, HSMC powered
- Hardware reset and remote wake up
