FORMULA TWO, 500ML

Formula 2 is a specialist silicone mould release agent for the effective release of rubber. It is based on silicones and has been formulated particularly for quick and efficient release of natural rubber and polymers with lower melt temperatures. Provides a wet, silicone film for release of rubber moulded parts. Will not build up in the mould and helps to improve surface finish, reduce rejects and increase production. Particularly effective for use in the tyre industry and any other manufacturing processes involving rubber. N.B. Contains silicone so may be unsuitable where decorative work (e.g. painting, plating) is necessary on the moulded part.

• 3bar pressure at 25°C
• 0.8g/sec discharge rate
• Operational temperature range up to 200°C
• Soluble in most solvents, insoluble in alcohols and water
• Classified as extremely flammable under current EC regulations

Notes

Stored at normal ambient temperatures and has a shelf life of not less than 36 months with correct storage. Aerosols should always be stored below 50°C, away from direct heat and flame.
