Product Overview
MAX809TEUR+T is a 3-pin microprocessor (μP) reset supervisory circuit used to monitor the power supplies in μP and digital systems. It provides excellent circuit reliability and low cost by eliminating external components and adjustments when used with +5V, +3.3V, 3V, or +2.5V powered circuits. Suitable for computers, controllers, intelligent instruments, critical μP and μC power monitoring, portable/battery-powered equipment, automotive applications.
- VCC Range from 1.2 to 5.5V at TA = -40°C to +105°C
- 3.08V reset threshold
- Fully specified over temperature and push-pull (active low) RESET output type
- 140ms (min) reset active timeout period at TA = -40°C to +85°C
- 100μA supply current at TA = +85°C to +105°C, VCC < 3.6V
- Guaranteed reset valid to VCC = +1V
