Product Overview
The MAX6195AESA+ is a precision, micropower, low dropout voltage reference in 8 pin NSOIC package. It offers high initial accuracy of 2mV and very low temperature coefficient of ±2ppm/°C through a curvature correction circuit and laser trimmed precision thin-film resistors. This series mode bandgap references draw a maximum of only 35μA quiescent supply current, making them ideal for battery powered instruments. It offers a supply current that is virtually immune to input voltage variations. This internal compensated device is ideal for applications that require fast settling and are stable with capacitive loads up to 2.2nF. It is used in analogue to digital and digital to analogue converters.

- Supply voltage range from VOUT + 0.2V to 12.6V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Load regulation is 0.17mV/mA at 500μA source current and 0.24mV/mA at 500μA sink current
- Line regulation is 25μV/V
- Dropout voltage is 100mV at 500μA load current
- Noise voltage is 120μVP-P at 0.1Hz to 10Hz
