Product Overview
The MAX6018AEUR18+T is a precision, low dropout, micropower voltage reference in 3 pin SOT-23 package. This three terminal voltage reference operates with an input voltage ranging from (VOUT + 200mV) to 5.5V and 1.8V fixed output voltage. MAX6018AEUR18+T voltage reference consumes less than 5µA maximum of supply current and can source and sink up to 1mA of load current. It offers a supply current that is virtually independent of supply voltage (with only 0.1µA/V variation with supply voltage) and do not require an external resistor. The device has an initial accuracy of 0.2% and temperature drift of ±16ppm/°C. The low dropout voltage, independent supply voltage and ultra low supply current makes this device ideal for two cell alkaline battery monitoring systems.
