MAX4968ECM+

The MAX4968ECM+ is a 16 channel, linear, high voltage analogue switch in 48 pin LQFP package. This bidirectional SPST switch with 18ohm on-resistance, it is ideal for use in applications requiring high voltage switching controlled by low voltage control signal such as ultrasound imaging and printers. Using HVCMOS technology, this switch combines high voltage bilateral MOS switches and low power CMOS logic to provide efficient control of high voltage analogue signals. It is pin to pin compatible with MAX14802 and Supertex HV2601. The only difference is VPP positive supply voltage level. In a typical ultrasound application, this device does not require a dedicated high voltage supply that implies a significant simplification of system requirement. The negative voltage supply can be shared with transmitter and positive voltage supply is typically +10V. It is used in non-destructive testing (NDT)/industrial ultrasound imaging, medical ultrasound imaging.

• DC to 30MHz small signal analogue bandwidth (CLOAD = 200pF)
• 500KHz to 20MHz high signal analogue bandwidth (CLOAD = 200pF)
