Product Overview
The MAX16012TT+T is an ultra small, overvoltage protection/detection circuit in 8 pin TDFN package. It is an ultra small, low power overvoltage protection circuit for high voltage, high transient systems. This device operates over wide 5.5V to 72V supply voltage range, making it suitable for applications such as battery stacks, notebook computers and servers. The MAX16012 offers a single comparator and an independent reference output. The reference output can be directly connected to either the inverting or noninverting input to select the comparator output logic. It is used in FireWire and multicell battery stack powered equipments.
