Product Overview
ADPL62083UR31O+T is a low-power, supervisory circuit. It monitors voltages from 1.02V to 4.8V using a factory-set reset threshold. The ADPL62083 features an open-drain, active-low reset output. The reset output asserts and remains asserted for the reset timeout period after the monitored voltage exceeds its threshold. Typical applications include portable/battery-powered and industrial equipment, e-readers/tablets, and smartphones.
- Guaranteed reset valid to VCC ≥ 1V
- Power-supply transient immunity
- Supply current is 7µA typ at VCC = 5.5V, no load, TA = +25°C
- VCC undervoltage lockout is 0.9V max at VCC = 1V to 5.5V, C1 = 0.1µF, TA = -40°C to +125°C
- Reset threshold hysteresis is 5%VTH typ (VCC rising) at VCC = 5.5V, no load, TA = +25°C
- Reset threshold tempco is 30ppm/°C typ at VCC = 5.5V, no load, TA = +25°C
- VCC to reset delay is 30µs typ (VCC falling at 10mV/µs from (VTH+ 100mV) to (VTH – 100mV))
- 3 SOT23 package
- Temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
