ADP1614ACPZ-650-R7

ADP1614 is a step-up, DC-to-DC switching converter with an integrated power switch capable of providing an output voltage as high as 20V. It operates in current-mode pulse-width modulation (PWM) with up to 94% efficiency. Adjustable soft start prevents inrush currents when the part is enabled. The PWM current-mode architecture allows excellent transient response, easy noise filtering and the use of small, cost-saving external inductors and capacitors. Other key features include undervoltage lockout (UVLO), thermal shutdown (TSD), and logic controlled enable. Typical applications are TFT LCD bias supplies, portable applications, industrial/instrumentation equipment.

• Voltage gain is 80dB (VIN=3.6V, TJ=−40°C to +125°C)
• On resistance is 100mohm (SW=1.0A, VIN=3.6V, TJ=−40°C to +125°C)
• Thermal shutdown threshold is 150°C typ (VIN=3.6V, TJ=−40°C to +125°C)
• 650KHz switching frequency, current limit is adjustable up to 4A
• 10-lead LFCSP-WD package
• Temperature rating range from -40°C to +125°C
