ADG202A is a monolithic CMOS device comprising four independently selectable switch. It is designed on enhanced LC²MOS process which gives an increased signal handling capability of ±15V. This switch also feature high switching speed and RON. It consist of four SPST switch. They differ only in that the digital control logic is inverted.
