Product Overview
ADA4850-2YCPZ-RL7 is a high-speed, rail-to-rail output op-amp with ultralow power-down. Despite its low price, this device provides excellent overall performance and versatility. The 175MHz, -3dB bandwidth and 220V/μs slew rate make this amplifier well-suited for many general-purpose, high-speed applications. It is designed to operate at supply voltages as low as 2.7V and upto 6V at 2.4mA of supply current per amplifier. In power-down mode, the supply current is less than 150nA, ideal for battery-powered applications. It provides users with a true single-supply capability, allowing input signals to extend 200mV below the negative rail and to within 2.2V of the positive rail. The output of the amplifier can swing within 80mV of either supply rail. It is used in applications such as portable multimedia players, video cameras, digital still cameras, consumer video, clock buffers.

- Input voltage noise is 10nV/√Hz typical at (f = 100KHz, TA = 25°C, RF = 0 ohm for G = +1)
- Input offset voltage is 0.6mA typical at (TA = 25°C, RF = 0 ohm for G = +1)
- Input bias current is 2.4µA typical at (TA = 25°C, RF = 0 ohm for G = +1, RF = 1Kohm for G <gt/> +1)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is -108dB typical at (VCM = 0.5V, TA = 25°C, RF = 0 ohm for G = +1)
