Product Information
Product Overview
AD9707 is a TxDAC digital-to-analogue converter. The flexible power supply operating range of 1.7V to 3.6V and low power dissipation of the device make them well suited for portable and low power applications. It has an optional serial peripheral interface (SPI®) that provides a higher level of programmability to enhance performance of the DAC. An adjustable output, common-mode feature allows for easy interfacing to other components that require common modes from 0V to 1.2V.
- Resolution is 14bit
- 175MSPS update rate, self calibration
- Low power dissipation is 12mW at 80MSPS, 1.8V, 50mW at 175MSPS, 3.3V
- Adjustable full-scale current outputs is 1mA to 5mA
- On-chip 1.0V reference, CMOS-compatible digital interface
- Power-down mode <lt/>2mW at 3.3V (SPI controllable)
- Operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C
- Packaging style is 32-lead LFCSP
