AD5700-1BCPZ-R5

AD5700-1 is a single-chip solution, designed and specified to operate as a HART® FSK half-duplex modem, complying with the HART physical layer requirement. This device integrate all of the necessary filtering, signal detection, modulating, demodulating and signal generation functions, thus requiring few external components. The 0.5% precision internal oscillator on the device greatly reduces the board space requirements, making it ideal for line-powered applications. It is widely used in application such as field transmitters, HART multiplexers, PLC and DCS analogue I/O modules, HART network connectivity etc.

• 1200Hz and 2200Hz sinusoidal shift frequencies
• 115µA maximum supply current in receive mode
• Suitable for intrinsically safe applications, integrated receive band-pass filter
• Minimal external components required, clocking optimized for various system configurations
• Ultralow power crystal oscillator is 60µA maximum
• 8kV HBM ESD rating, power supply range is 1.71V to 5.5V
• Operating temperature range is −40°C to +125°C
• Package style is 24-lead LFCSP-WQ
