REF02DN8#PBF is a precision 5V bandgap reference that provides stable output voltages over a wide range of operating conditions. The output voltage is accurate to ±0.3% with a low 5ppm/°C typical temperature coefficient. The REF-02 is excellent choice for applications where low drift, moderate accuracy, low power consumption and low cost are considerations. The REF-02 includes a temperature output pin which provides a linear voltage proportional to absolute temperature. Applications include A/D and D/A converters, precision regulators, constant current sources, V/F converters, bridge excitation.

• High line rejection, 5V typ output voltage at (VIN = 15V, TA = 25°C)
• Output voltage noise is 12μVP-P typ at (VIN = 15V, TA = 25°C)
• Quiescent supply current is 0.65mA typ at (No load, VIN = 15V, TA = 25°C)
• Short-circuit current is 25mA typ at (VO = 0V, VIN = 15V, TA = 25°C)
• Line regulation is 0.0001%/V typ at ((VOUT + 3V) ≤ VIN ≤ 33V)
• Load current is 20mA typ at (VIN = 15V, TA = 25°C)
• Temperature voltage output is 620mV typ at (VIN = 15V, TA = 25°C)
• Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
