The MAX6864UK29D3S+T is a nanopower microprocessor (μP) supervisory circuit with manual reset input and watchdog timer in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This microprocessor (μP) supervisory circuit combines voltage monitoring, watchdog timer and manual reset input functions. The device asserts a reset signal whenever the monitored voltage drops below factory trimmed reset threshold voltage, manual reset is asserted or watchdog timer expires. The reset output remains asserted for a minimum timeout period after VCC rises above the reset threshold and manual reset is deasserted. The watchdog timer monitors activity at the WDI input to prevent code execution errors.
- Supply voltage range from 1.2V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Active-low, push-pull reset output
- Ultra low supply current of 170nA at VCC = 1.8V
- Immune to short VCC transients
- Reset valid to VCC = +1.1V
- No external components are required
- Threshold voltage of 2.925V and reset timeout period of 225ms
- Watchdog timeout period is 3.3s
