The MAX6714AUB+T is a low voltage, high accuracy, quad voltage monitor in 10 pin µMAX package. It is mainly designed for multivoltage systems. The quad voltage monitor provides accurate monitoring of four supplies without any external components. The quad voltage monitor includes an accurate reference, four precision comparators and a series of internally trimmed resistor-divider networks. The high input impedance comparator option can be used as adjustable voltage monitor, general purpose comparator or digital level translator. The MAX6714 provides an active-low, open-drain RESET(active-low) output with integrated reset timing and three power fail comparator outputs. It is used in telecommunications, servers, high end printers, desktop and notebook computers, data storage equipment, networking equipment and multivoltage systems.

- Supply tolerance is 10%
- Adjustable voltage threshold monitors down to 0.62V
- High accuracy of ±2.0% adjustable threshold inputs
- Supply current is 60μA
- Immune to supply transients
- 140ms (minimum) reset timeout period
