MAX6368LKA26+T is a low-power µP supervisory circuit with battery backup and chip-enable gating. It is a power-supply monitoring, battery-backup control functions, and memory write protection in microprocessor (µP) systems. The circuit significantly improve the size, accuracy, and reliability of modern systems with an ultra small integrated solution. Application includes critical µP/µC power monitoring, fax machines, industrial control, computers/controllers, portable/battery-powered equipment, set-top boxes, and POS equipment.
- Low +1.2V operating supply voltage (VCC or VBATT)
- On-board gating of chip-enable signals, 1.5ns propagation delay
- Auxiliary user-adjustable RESET IN, low 10µA quiescent supply current
- RESET/active-low RESET valid down to 1.2V guaranteed (VCC or VBATT)
- Power-supply transient immunity, 150ms minimum reset timeout period
- Operating voltage range from 0 to 5.5V (no load, VCC = +2.4V to +5.5V, TA = +25°C)
- Supply current (excluding IOUT) is 10µA (typ, VCC = 2.8V, TA = +25°C)
- Battery-switchover threshold is 20mV (typ, power-up, TA = +25°C)
- VCC falling reset delay is 20µs (typ, VCC falling at 10V /ms, TA = +25°C)
- 8 SOT23 package, temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
