The MAX6070BAUT41+T is a low noise, high precision series voltage reference in 6 pin SOT-23 package. This low drift device provides a 1/f noise voltage of only 9.6µVP-P at an output voltage of 4.096V with a temperature drift of ±2ppm/°C. It consumes 150µA of supply current (TA = +25°C) and can sink and source up to 10mA of load current. The low drift and low noise specifications enable enhanced system accuracy, making this device ideal for high precision industrial applications. The MAX6070BAUT41+T offer a noise filter option for wideband applications. This device widely used in high accuracy industrial and process control, precision instrumentation, precision current sources and high resolution ADCs, DACs precision current sources.
