Produktbeschreibung
The MAX4793EUK+T is a current limit switch in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This switch has internal current limiting to prevent damage to host devices due to faulty load conditions. It has 450mA maximum forward current limit and 450mA reverse current limit which makes the device as ideal for SDIO and other load switching applications. When the switch is on and load is connected to port, a blanking time of 14ms ensures that transient voltages settle down. If after this blanking time the load current is greater than the current limit, the MAX4793 enters a latch-off state where switch is turned off and FLAG (complementary) is issued to microprocessor. The switch can be turned on again by cycling the power or ON pin.
- Supply voltage range from 2.3V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Undervoltage lockout and thermal shutdown protection
- Reverse current protection
- On-resistance of 0.2ohm at TA = +25°C, IOUT = 100mA
- Supply current of 80μA at VIN = 2.3V to 5V
- Latch-off current is 8μA
- Fast current limit response time of 5μs
- Shutdown current of 0.01μA at VON = 0V
