The MAX4622CSE+ is a dual, 5ohm SPST analogue switch in 16 pin NSOIC package. It offers low 5ohm on-resistance to match to within 0.5ohm between channels and to remain flat over the full analogue signal range (Δ0.5ohm max) at dual supply. It also offer low leakage current of less than 500pA at +25°C, less than 5nA at +85°C and fast switching times (turn-on time <lt/>250ns, turn-off time <lt/>200ns). This analogue switch is ideal in low-distortion applications and a preferred solution over mechanical relays in automatic test equipment or applications where current switching is required. It has low power requirements, uses less board space and more reliable than mechanical relays. Typical applications include reed relay replacement, military radios, test equipment, PBX, PABX systems, audio signal routing and data acquisition systems.
