The MAX4413EKA+T is a low cost, low power, ultra small dual operational amplifier (op-amp) with rail to rail outputs in 8 pin SOT-23 package. This single supply unity gain stable op-amp combine's high speed performance, low supply current and ultra small packaging. It has rail to rail outputs and exhibits common mode input voltage range that extends from 100mV below ground to within 1.5V of the positive supply rail. The MAX4413 achieves 500MHz small signal -3dB bandwidth, 30MHz large signal -3dB bandwidth, 50MHz 0.1dB gain flatness and 140V/µs slew rate while consuming only 1.7mA of supply current per amplifier. This makes the device ideal for low-power/low voltage, high speed applications. It is also used in battery powered instruments, keyless entry systems and baseband applications.
