The MAX1675EUA+T is a high efficiency, low supply current, compact, step-up DC-DC converter in 8 pin µMAX package. It features a built-in synchronous rectifier which improves efficiency, reduces size and cost by eliminating need for an external schottky diode. Converter starts up with voltage as low as 0.9V and operate with an input voltage down to 0.7V. Device has a preset, pin-selectable output for 5V or 3.3V and outputs can also be adjusted to other voltages using two external resistors.
- Minimum input voltage is 0.7V & operating voltage range from 1.1V to 5.5V (TA = +25°C)
- Output voltage of 3.3V at FB = OUT & 5V at FB = GND (TA = +25°C)
- Efficiency of 90% at 200mA output current, VOUT = 3.3V
- Quiescent supply current is 16µA
- Logic-controlled shutdown is 0.1µA
- LBI/LBO low battery detector
- Selectable current limit for reduced ripple
- 0.3ohm N-channel MOSFET power switch
- Current limit of 0.5A
