The DG509ACWE+ is a monolithic CMOS analogue multiplexer in 16 pin WSOIC package. This differential 4-channel (2 of 8) multiplexer will not latch-up if the power supply is turned off with the input signal still present. It has faster enable switching times, significantly lower leakage currents and break before make switching. The DG509A consumes significantly less power, making it ideal for portable equipments. It features latch-up proof construction and has improved second source. This device is typically used in control systems, data logging systems, aircraft heads-up displays and data acquisition systems.
- Supply voltage range is ±4.5V to ±18V
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
- Maximum drain to source on-resistance of 450 ohm at VD = 10V, IS = -200μA, TA = +25°C
- Break before make interval of 0.2μs
- Symmetrical, bidirectional operation
- Plug-in upgrades for the industry standard DG509A
- TTL, CMOS compatible and logic, enable inputs
- 0.002nA source off- leakage current & 0.005nA drain off-leakage current (VS=10V, VD=-10V, VEN=0V)
- Off-isolation of 68dB at f = 500KHz, TA = +25°C
- Positive supply current of 0.02mA and negative supply current of -0.01mA at TA = +25°C
