ADW75001Z-0REEL7 is a low-voltage temperature sensor. It provides a voltage output that is linearly proportional to the celsius (centigrade) temperature. The low output impedance of the device and its linear output and precise calibration simplify interfacing to temperature control circuitry and ADCs. This device is intended for single-supply operation from 2.7V to 5.5V maximum. The supply current runs well below 50µA, providing very low self-heating less than 0.1°C in still air. In addition, a shutdown function is provided to cut the supply current to less than 0.5µA. It is used in applications such as environmental control systems, thermal protection, industrial process control, fire alarms, power system monitors, CPU thermal management.

- Load regulation is 6m°C/µA typical at (-40°C ≤ TA ≤ +105°C)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 30m°C/V typical at (VS = 2.7V to 5.5V, -40°C ≤ TA ≤ +125°C)
- Long-term stability is 0.4°C typical at (TA = 150°C for 1000 hours)
- Device turn-on time is 1ms max at (output within ±1°C, 100Kohm/100pF load)
- Supply voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V, qualified for automotive application
- Supply current is 50µA maximum at (VS = 2.7V to 5.5V, -40°C ≤ TA ≤ +125°C)
- Supply current (shutdown) is 0.5µA maximum at (VS = 2.7V to 5.5V, -40°C ≤ TA ≤ +125°C)
- Capacitive load driving is 10000pF typical at (VS = 2.7V to 5.5V, -40°C ≤ TA ≤ +125°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 5-lead SOT-23 package
