ADG742BKSZ5-REEL7 is a monolithic CMOS SPST switch. This switch is designed using an advanced submicron process that provides low power dissipation, yet offers high switching speed, low on resistance, and low leakage currents. In addition, -3dB bandwidths of greater than 200MHz can be achieved. This device can operate from a single 1.8V to 5.5V supply, making it ideal for use in battery-powered instruments and with Analog Devices’ new generation of DACs and ADCs. It is used in applications such as battery-powered systems, communication systems, sample-and-hold systems, audio signal routing, video switching, mechanical reed relay replacement.

• Rail-to-rail operation, TTL-/CMOS-compatible, typical power consumption (<lt/>0.01µW)
• On resistance is 2 ohm typical at (VS = 0V to VDD, IS = -10mA)
• On resistance flatness is 0.5 ohm typical at (VS = 0V to VDD, IS = -10mA)
• 200MHz typical -3dB bandwidth at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF)
• tON is 14ns typ at (RL = 300 ohm, CL = 35pF), tOFF is 8ns typ at (RL = 300 ohm, CL = 35pF)
• Off isolation is -55dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 10MHz)
• Charge injection is 4pC typical at (VS = 1.5V, RS = 0 ohm, CL = 1nF)
• Input current is 0.005µA typical at (VIN = VINL or VINH, VDD = 3V ±10%, GND = 0V)
• Source OFF leakage current is ±0.01nA typical at (VS = 3V/1V, VD = 1V/3V)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, 5-lead SC70 package
