ADG5234BRUZ-RL7 is a high voltage latch-up proof, monolithic industrial CMOS analogue switch comprising four independently selectable SPDT switch. The ultralow capacitance and charge injection of this switch make them ideal solutions for data acquisition and sample-and hold applications, where low glitch and fast settling are required. Fast switching speed coupled with high signal bandwidth make this device suitable for video signal switching. It is used in applications such as automatic test equipment, data acquisition, instrumentation, avionics, audio and video switching, communication systems.

• Single-supply operation range from 9V to 40V
• Dual-supply operation range from ±9V to ±22V
• Fully specified at ±15V, ±20V, +12V, and +36V
• VDD to VSS analogue signal range
• On resistance is 160 ohm typical at (VS = ±10V, IS = -1mA)
