AD8646 is a single channel, rail-to-rail, input and output, single-supply amplifier featuring low offset voltage, wide signal bandwidth, low input voltage, and low current noise. T The combination of 24MHz bandwidth, low offset, low noise, and very low input bias current makes these amplifiers useful in a wide variety of applications. Filters, integrators, photodiode amplifiers, and high impedance sensors all benefit from the combination of performance features. AC applications benefit from the wide bandwidth and low distortion. It is used in applications such as battery-powered instruments, multipole filters, ADC front ends, sensors, barcode scanners, ASIC input or output amplifiers, audio amplifiers, photodiode amplifiers, datapath/mux/switch control.
- Single-supply operation range from 2.7V to 5.5V
- No phase reversal, unity gain stable, qualified for automotive application
- Offset voltage is 0.6mV typical at (VCM = 0V to 5V, TA = +25°C)
- Offset voltage drift is 1.8μV/°C typical at (VSY = 5V, VCM = VSY/2, TA = +25°C)
- Input bias current is 1pA maximum at (VSY = 5V, VCM = VSY/2, TA = +25°C)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 84dB typical at (VCM = 0V to 5V, TA = +25°C)
- Slew rate is 11V/μs typical at (RL = 2Kohm, TA = +25°C)
- Gain bandwidth product is 24MHz typical at (VSY = 5V, VCM = VSY/2, TA = +25°C)
