AD5627RBRMZ-1REEL7 is a dual, 12bit, nanoDACs® with 5ppm/°C on-chip reference, I²C® interface. This device operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply, are guaranteed monotonic by design, and have an I²C-compatible serial interface. The internal reference is enabled via a software write. It require an external reference voltage to set the output range of the DAC. This device contains a per-channel power-down feature that reduces the current consumption of the device to 480nA at 5V and provides software-selectable output loads while in powerdown mode. The low power consumption of this device in normal operation makes it ideally suited to portable battery-operated equipment. The on-chip precision output amplifier enables rail-to-rail output swing.

- Relative accuracy is ±0.5LSB typical (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V, RL = 2kohm to GND)
- Differential nonlinearity is ±0.25LSB maximum guaranteed monotonic by design
- On-chip reference is 2.5V, 400KHz maximum I²C speed, 2.7V to 5.5V power supply
- Guaranteed monotonic by design, power-on reset to zero scale
- I²C-compatible serial interface supports standard (100KHz), fast (400KHz), high speed (3.4MHz) modes
- Zero-code error is 2mV typ (all 0s loaded to DAC register)
- Offset error is ±1mV typical (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V, RL = 2Kohm to GND)
- Gain error is ±1.5% of FSR maximum (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V, RL = 2kohm to GND)
- 10 lead MSOP package, temperature range from -40°C to +105°C
