The RB161L-40TE25 is a surface mount silicon epitaxial planer Schottky Barrier Diode features small power mould type (PMDS) and high reliability. It is suitable for general rectification, PC, mobile phone and various portable electronics. It can also be used in AC Servo, blood pressure monitor, stepper motor and brushed DC motor control, PPC (plain paper copier), MFP(multi function printer), ultrasound system for portable, surveillance camera for network, machine vision camera for industrial, IH cooking heater and solar power inverters.
