NCP705MT18TCG

The NCP705MT18TCG is a 1.8V fixed output low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator with ultra-low noise and very high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR). The device doesn't require any additional noise bypass capacitor to achieve ultra-low noise performance. The device employs dynamic IQ management for ultra-low quiescent current consumption at light-load conditions and great dynamic performance.

• 13µA Ultra-low quiescent current of (typical)
• 12µVrms Ultra-low noise (from 100Hz to 100kHz)
• 230mV Typical at 500mA very low dropout
• ±2% Accuracy over load, line and temperature
• 71dB at 1kHz High PSRR
• Internal soft-start to limit the turn-ON inrush current
• Thermal shutdown and current limit protections
• Stable with a 1µF ceramic output capacitor
• Active output discharge for fast turn-OFF
