The MK22FN1M0VLK12 is a 32-bit Kinetis K2x Microcontroller with USB control, based on ARM Cortex-M4 RISC architecture core operates at a maximum frequency of 120MHz. The device incorporates 1MB internal flash, 128kB internal RAM, two 16-bit SAR A/D converter, one 12-bit D/A converter and 52 general-purpose I/O pins. This device also features communication interfaces like four UART modules, two SPI modules, three I2C modules and one I2S module.
