TLF35584QVVS2XUMA2 is a OPTIREG™, functional safety PMIC. The wide switching frequency range allows optimization in respect of efficiency and usage of small filter components. A dedicated reference-regulator supplies the ADC independent from μC-load steps and acts as tracking-source for the 2 independent sensor-supplies. The flexible state machine, wake-up concept including timer, and the stand-by-regulator favours the usage in numerous applications. Multiple safety features enable easy realization of ASIL-D together with various Microcontrollers (μCs). Potential application includes electric power steering, battery management, inverter, transmission, engine management, domain control.

- Low drop post regulator 5.0V/200mA for communication supply (QCO)
- Low drop post regulator 3.3V/600mA for µC supply (QUC)
- Voltage reference 5.0V ±1% for ADC supply, 150mA current capability (QVR)
- Standby regulator 3.3V/10mA (QST), ISO 26262 compliant supporting up to ASIL-D, safety documentation
- Independent voltage monitoring block and error pin monitoring
- Configurable window and functional watchdog, 16-bit SPI, interrupt and reset function
