Die metallisierten Polypropylen-Schichtkondensatoren mit radialem Snubber wurden speziell für Kunden mit Bedarf an niedrigem ESR, hoher Impulsfestigkeit, niedrigem ESL und verringerter EMI konzipiert.

Produktbeschreibung
Die MKP386 Snubber-Kondensatoren eignen sich ideal für Anwendungen im Bereich alternative Energien, da das Produkt jetzt halogenfrei ist.
Typische Einsatzbereiche für die MKP386M Kondensatoren sind Wechselrichter in Solar- und Windenergieanlagen, Motorantriebe und Frequenzumrichter.
Die Kapazität der MKP386 Snubber-Kondensatoren wurde für alle Nennspannungen verbessert und die zulässige Höchsttemperatur auf 105 °C erhöht. Damit lässt sich die Serie jetzt noch vielseitiger verwenden.
Snubber-Kondensatoren dienen dazu, Spannungs- und Stromspitzen zu mindern oder zu eliminieren und auf diese Weise durch Begrenzungsspannung und Stromabsenkung die EMI zu verringern, die beim Schalten von Leistungshalbleitern entsteht. Außerdem verringern diese Kondensatoren Schaltverluste.
Die Snubber-Kondensatoren werden direkt am IGBT-Modul und dank der erweiterten Kapazität (bei 58 mm Länge) jetzt auch an IGBT-Hochleistungsmodulen montiert.

Verringerte EMI
Snubber-Kondensatoren verwenden Begrenzungsspannungen und Stromabsenkung und verringern so die EMI. Außerdem sind sie bei niedrigen ESL- und ESR-Werten hoch impulsfest.
